District 1NR SITE REVIEW/CHANGE FORM

This on-line form is used to notify the DSO-CS, 1NR that a unit web site is ready for compliance review or if a change needs to be made. When the site meets all requirements, the DSO-CS will forward this information to the DVC-IW for final authorization. Those sites which meet the requirements set forth by the National "I" Department shall be designated "Authorized Auxiliary Web sites".

SPONSORING UNIT(S):

Include all units that are directly posted by the Webmaster of this site.
For example, if a Division posts pages for several local flotillas, each
unit page must be approved and listed. Pages posted on other servers,
and only linked to should not be included.
