The first 2024 edition of the Nor’Easter will be dedicated to Emergency Management. Please submit germane items for consideration by 1 March 2024.

The publications team is appointed by the Commodore and is responsible for producing district-
wide publications as well as providing official clearance for division and flotilla publications and
photography.
